The classic Nike Air Force 1 will be included in special editions created ahead of the holiday season, as reported by the Swoosh label, which has big plans for this Christmas season. Based on the theme, a “Cream/Plaid” variant of Air Force 1 has recently surfaced online.

Over the past few weeks, the sneaker community has already witnessed the “Chocolate/Plaid” and “White/Red Plaid” colorways, which are also slated for Christmas. This “Cream/Plaid” version will be the last addition to this pack.

The next “Cream/Plaid” version of the Nike Air Force 1 Low silhouette is expected to ship around Christmas this year. This special holiday edition will supposedly arrive with a price tag of $130. Those who are thinking of picking up a pair of these sneakers can surely check it out with Nike’s SNKRS app, alongside some select partner retailers.

This holiday season, flannels and throws are all the rage. At least that’s what the Swoosh hinted at with its plethora of offerings covered by these models. Bruce Kilgore’s epic 1982 design makes a comeback in various hues after adopting a stark white Air Force 1 earlier this month.

The shoe brand from Oregon showcases its legendary Nike Air Force 1 silhouette on its webpage as,

“Introduced in 1982, the Air Force 1 redefined basketball shoes from hardwood to asphalt. It was the first basketball shoe to house Nike Air, but its innovative nature has since trumped its status. street icon.”

With the exception of the heel panel, which is covered in a green, black, and red checkered textile, the model features a combination of soft, tumbled leather all over her body instead of her original light cream makeup.

Large, signature Nike Swooshes are done with bold black leather panels. Similar black leather overlays also appear on the heel counters. These heel tabs are embroidered with Nike Air swoosh branding in white.

Additionally, jet black nylon tongue tags are also stitched with the recognizable off-white “Nike Air Force 1” wording to highlight the shoe’s brighter forefoot.

The midsole is color-matched to the leather sections of the outsole, cream-toned lace loops are placed on top, and the shoe’s tread ends in a classic gum bottom.

Keep an eye out for future Nike Air Force 1 Low “Cream/Plaid” shoes slated for the holiday season. With a fixed price of $130 for each pair, these exclusive flannel shoes will be available for purchase through Nike’s SNKRS app online sites and a few other retailers.

You can even sign up to the official Swoosh website for timely updates and confirmed drop dates of this upcoming low-top sneaker.

In related news, the Swoosh label recently launched various other shoes adorned with similar tartan plaid fabrics. Various popular silhouettes are dressed in tartan plaids in different colors including Nike Dunk Low, Blazer Low ’77, Nike Dunk High and Blazer Mid.
