The kitchen is fitted with charcoal cabinetry and brushed brass hardware, contrasting with the white walls and white tile backsplash. Pops of wood accents on the range hood and luxury vinyl plank keep the space warm and inviting. The island makes the space functional, but also adds eye-catching design details with a unique curve and display shelf at one end.

From the kitchen there is easy access to a covered rear terrace to make the most of outdoor living.

Nine foot ceilings throughout the main level accentuate the large size of the open concept living space. The dining room hosts an oversized dining table. Ten foot ceilings in the living room give the space some definition while allowing for large windows. Natural light floods the entire ground floor.

In addition to the sky-high ceilings, a natural gas fireplace with black fluting above also gives the living room a feeling of grandeur and serves as a key gathering point.

According to Cam Skoropat of Lexis Homes, many visitors comment on the grand staircase lit by three vertical windows leading to the second floor. Design details like this add interest and light to what could be a dark and boring stairwell.

Upstairs, a large bonus room awaits you, with integrated TV connections. The space could easily be converted into a fourth bedroom for those needing extra space.

There is also a laundry room accessible directly from the spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the hallway. The master bedroom has a charcoal feature wall which adds a bit of interest to the owner’s private retreat.
