Video shows group vandalizing Sacramento store less than a month after $90,000 worth of jewelry was stolen

Less than a month after reporting that a group of women broke into their Arden business and stole $90,000 worth of jewelry, the owners of Liz Shoes Best and Fitted Outfits told KCRA 3 News they were again affected. ” It’s hard. It’s very hard. We didn’t expect this,” said Amir Siddiqui, one of the store owners. Siddiqui said he encountered a group of three young men at his store on Tuesday afternoon who he suspected were trying to get away with jeans and other items. He said, however, that they eventually left. Hours later, three men are seen in security footage breaking a window, climbing into the store and stealing armfuls of clothes. Surveillance video, several hours later, then shows the group smashing through another window and walking back inside the store. In the second incident, they are seen breaking windows and walking away with more items. Siddiqui says he doesn’t understand why they are being targeted. “The store is wonderful. This place is amazing. It uplifted the region, the whole region,” he said. “In two months, three times. It’s crazy. say, “Thank you Sacramento,” he said. “They come here and say we shop here because we know what happened to you and we just want to support you.” In October, store owners told KCRA 3 that a group of women entered their store on Arden Way while one of the employees was alone. They said some of the women distracted the employee while another woman, pretending to try on a dress, broke into a locked room and stole jewelry.
