Garbstore turns to Japanese and British design for FW22


London’s Garbstore has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2022 lookbook, featuring items from its three house brands. The collection includes basics from Garbstore inspired by elements of Japanese and British design as well as pieces from two of its in-house imprints, knitwear-focused label The English Difference and varsity-inspired Drop Out Sports.

Garbstore’s items were made using 11 different factories across Japan, with standout pieces ranging from chunky zip-up fleeces and loose-fitting cashmere shirts to goose-down overcoats. The FW22 lookbook also offers a first look at the retailer’s latest footwear collaboration with Padmore & Barnes along with a new fully insulated reverse goose down liner.

Elsewhere, The English Difference line continues its penchant for British-made knitwear, offering vibrant cardigans and turtlenecks in merino wool, varsity-inspired crew necks and cardigans – all of which use the company’s exclusive Sportsloop knitting technique. Garbstore. Finally, this season also sees new pieces courtesy of Drop Out Sports, such as heavyweight hoodies and sweatshirts, turtleneck sweatshirts, and motocross-inspired apparel.
