TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Current students and alumni of Florida A&M University may want to check their bank accounts because there’s a pair of shoes they might want.

At 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, a new pair of Nike sneakers are released featuring the design centered around the Tallahassee-based school – Florida A&M University Nike Dunk Lows.

FAMU alumnus Caitlyn Davis designed the sneakers in university colors of orange and green, with a rattlesnake on the tongue and other sayings throughout, even on the laces.

This specific sneaker design is a tribute to the historically black college.

They’re selling for $120 and dropping just in time for Florida A&M’s reunion week which begins Saturday.

On Nike’s website, the shoe’s description says the new pair lets people represent the team they love with “undeniable A&M flair.”

“Come on for a bit and then ‘Hit! Hit! Hit!’ in the Dunk Low ‘Florida A&M University’ designed by Caitlyn Davis,” the description read in part.
